Unless you are into making bread, which this unit does not come equipped with the necessary tools, it is the right size for basic baking. And, though heavy does not require a lift truck to move!

Does this refrigerator "require" a water filter to dispense water/make ice? I have an RO system for my frig and dont need an overly expensive charcoal filter. I presently have a Samsung that requires a filter with no way to bypass, so $70 every 6 months
