The screen looks very clean and sharp for office use.
It's a IPS monitor, but I can't tell the difference between the other LED AOC 22" that we have.
The only drawback is, it is not really slim edge on the side, so when you mount it on a dual monitor stand, you still going to see two black lines in the middle when put them together, the good things is, it is much thinner then our LED monitor.

High speed and reliabe scanner

The scanner is stalled in CPA firm and we have 8 of them.
We are using it as USB 2.0/3.0, I can't tell the speed in difference under 5 pages. It came with Wifi option for scan to cell phones, I can't comment this option because there is no need for our use.

I update all my company's Core2Due Workstations to this 120Gb SSD. It may not be the fastest, but it sure helps for daily process.

APC has made easier on installation of the battery.
There are no more wires to connect, just pull out and reverse the battery on your first hook up.
Its not cheap, but it is great saving when comes to power outage.
Im using it on two PC, 4 monitors, and Brother laserjet printer it didnt over load.

Can I use the wireless scanning function if the receiving computer is an apple? With other printers, only windows PCs were able to receive wireless scans.
Not 100% sure, but yes you can. You will need to log in via printer's web GUI, go to "scan" and setup network scan to apple shared folder.
You need a shared folder on your apple (folder can be any name given) for it scan into and apple's user ID and password for AiO printer to access the apple.
Once is set, just use the printer LCD panel and choose "scan to folder" and find the apple folder that you just created and press scan. You will see your scanned file in your apple shared folder once is completed.
To be more EZ, just plug in a USB thumb drive and choose scan to USB. It takes about 3 min for 40 pages scan, then bring the USB thumb drive to your apple computer.
The concept is, Share a folder on the network and set the AiO printer to locate the shared folder to store the scanned pdf.
If Im understand correctly, it works with or without wires and it works with PC and MAC.

can i network any of these scanners?
I'm looking to get a scanner for a few people to share. Can we set one of these up to be on a shared network machine somehow? We will be using them mostly for scanning sketches and notes.
The best and cheap solution is Brother MFC-8710DW or all MFC production.
The setup is in web interface and you can set the scan to any network shared folder, you can create upto to 5 folders for different user, I think.
A user can either scan to a preset networked folder or just plug in a usb drive and it will scans the doc into pdf format.
It's a all in one printer and it scans 40 pages in about 2-3 min into usb drive directly.

Yes, SATA drive is all the same for 2.5" and 3.5" hard drives.
