This wireless charger definitely serves its purpose. Charging the phone is rather quick. 75 minutes to charge the phone 60%. One thing to be careful of is placing the phone on the charger. You need to make sure there is good contact and balance on the phone so that the charger light goes on. Otherwise, the phone will not charge.

Pleased with phone

I was skeptical at getting this phone. I have been reluctantly purchasing my last two phones that happen to be Samsung's. Both have suffered from the same typical Samsung maladies: battery duration quickly degrades, battery and phone have a tendancy to frequently heat up, and operating system shows signs of failure about 1-2 years into the life of the phone.
I decided to give the Samsung one more try only because Best Buy had a special on the phone where it came with a free wireless charger and a $100 Best Buy gift card.
The phone is very nice. I have had it for exactly one week and thus far it has been serving me well and operating fine. The battery was amazing at first. The first 72 hours I only had to charge it once - when it came out of the box. The initial charge lasted a little more than 3 days! I only decided to charge it when it hit 30%. So, after 3 days it only consumed about 70% of battery. That was pretty amazing.
However, after use of the phone got more normalized (i.e. blue tooth and location GPS turned on), the battery life has shortened - but, still pretty impressive. I now charge the phone every other day. A full charge does last about 36-40 hours. Not bad. I do fear that over a short period of time the Samsung battery will require daily charges - or worst yet, intra-day charging.
This is bad because Samsung now has followed Apple in not allowing for the phone battery to be replaced.

This case is really great! It's profile is not bulky to add too much to the phone size. I have dropped my phone once in the first 7 days that I have had it and the case worked just as it is described. It has a air cushion affect around the phone.
One negative is that the rim of the case is not tall enough to protect the edge profile of the S8+ curved glass. And, the case does not come with a glass protector. You will definitely want to get a glass protector to go with the phone and to supplement the protection of the case.
The price of this case is fair to moderate - $34+. Pricey for what it is.

Solid product - poor instructions

This is an example of current product packaging.... There is inadequate instructions on how to apply this product. The biggest shortcoming is that there is no label indicated as to which side of screen is the adhesive and which side needs to kept on screen in order to install this correctly.
This product is very expensive and yet fragile. So if you make a wrong step the whole thing is wasted.
