Did a lot of research before buying a washer and dryer. This had one of the best reviews I found. It has so much room for clothes. If you're under 5'6", you may need a stool to reach all the way in. The fact that it didn't have an agitator made me nervous, but it has not been a problem at all. Not a fan of the sounds it makes, but you can turn the sound off.
