This figure continues the solid lineup of Smash collectible amiibos. The detail and pose is great. This figure has functionally in many other games which is great. I only wish it would have stayed the same price at the earlier figures in the series.

Ice Climbers first appeared in the 1985 release of the Ice Climber game. The boy is Popo and the girl is Nana. They jump with hammers in hand as they aim for the summit.

The Piranha Plant first emerged in the underground of the Super Mario Bros. game. A frequent obstacle for the Mario brothers to overcome, there have been many variations of these vicious vegetables.

I know that the game was going to be a huge time sink and got it knowing that I'll most likely never beat it regardless how much I like it. What I have played (20ish hours) is a solid JRPG with a fun social elements and characterization.
Music, gameplay and style in this game is truly unique. I just wished the game would respect time a little more as beating it has an expectation of 80 to 90 hours.

An Epic Finale. Maybe not for those just starting.

As a KH fan, this is one of the greats. It ties most of the loose ends left behind over the past 17 years of build-up. As a series with so many parts I find its conclusion on par with The Deathly Hallows and Infinity War when needing to go so much right. The game runs well and the Disney worlds are fully realized and larger and more complex than any other entry in the series. Combat is hack and slash RPG action which plays well but at this point needs some new vision as the series continues in the future.
HOWEVER...
If you are new to this series you'll have fun but really will miss out on what makes this storytelling so great. Its long-winded, complex, confusing and sometimes downright misleading which can be a frustration to many. If you want to get on the train now do yourself a favor and watch some youtube recaps which cover years of this series story the most efficiently. I would recommend playing at least KH1, KH2, Birth by Sleep and Dream Drop Distance to get the bigger beats out of the story if you had to pick some to play.
