I mean the guys were great with taking care of speaking with customer care for me since it looked like someone rammed both sides of my brand new dryer with a pickup truck when they took it out of the box. Maybe at some point Best Buy will be able to get a new dryer delivered for me that is in actual working order and I’m sure the guys will be just as great at setting the dryer up as they were with my washer.

The guys were absolutely amazing that came to install the washer for me. Always feel horrible since it is on the second floor and the stairs have a weird turn in them. They were great sports about everything and helped make sure I understood and was happy with everything.

It is a great washer but a little bit more difficult than the original washers that have the panel on the back of it if you are shorter. I’m 5’2” and due to the control panel being on the front I now need a step stool to reach smaller items in the bottom of it.
