It took me along time to set up this new tv. I always purchase a tv by the ratings. This one was a big fat fail. As soon as I set it up and turned it on and set up everything I noticed a 6 inch round circle with a marshmallow size dot in the middle, located on the top middle screen. I did all the test and redid all the settings four times and this would not go away. Now I have to take all the time to try to unhook and put back in the box to return. I have such a stressful life that this really upsets me.

So far so good because these days all washers are not made to last like years ago. This washer works excellent and what I had to have was the ability to have a high fill water to wash my heavy blankets. Many washer do not give you the option to put extra water inside your loads. I’m not into water saving any appliance. This machine cleans really good. The agitator helps. I would suggest not to get a washer without a agitator. I first bought the Samsung washer without one and it did not get the clothes clean nor filled up with water. If I had to give a negative it would be that I would like it to hold a bigger load. Other then that this is a excellent washer.

How did this get good reviews? Unless I just received a lemon. Mine can barely pick up a toothpick. And after charging it over and over for hours it losses charge after two minutes each and every time. I don’t know if the battery is defective or the motor is defective but it is just an awkward big paperweight now. I’m am so upset that now I have to find the box and go drive to return it. My life is extremely stressful and this just has added more stress for me.

No but just do your loads under the Jumbo cycle. I have found that there is more water used under this setting. And I have big load of really dirty laundry. Plus I always do a extra rinse. Cloths come out clean every time. Just be sure to use top quality soap pods like tide.
