I've enjoy MLB The Show for a few years now. I do wish they would separate the old generation from the current generation. I think it holds back the game being better graphically and gameplay wise. And it's very disappointing. Because to have newer and pay for it and still basically getting older game for years now. Also wish the story and Road to the Show was better, but I know it's not a walk around game like some. But gameplay is fun to me because if you play on Legend your stats and numbers will be hard to get, and look more like real life.

Great gameplay / Tough grind

Gameplay for NBA 2K24 is great in my opinion. I think the game has multiple modes that people can enjoy. Some might play one mode, others might explore with more. If you want to just play basketball I think you will enjoy play now, MyNBA, WNBA. The one problem for many players is MyCareer mode and My team. It's tough to have a great rating for your player without buying VC. It will take maybe bad and tough game and a lot, a lot of time. Also if you are not an online player you will miss out on getting season prizes, which some can help with your player and how well he play. Not fair. Even if you play online the time you have to spend to level up take a very long time. All in all if you enjoy gameplay and playing CPU, building and running your team I think you will like this game. MyNBA/franchise is very deep. If you plan on doing MyCareer and playing online know you might have to spend more money, or be willing to struggle and/or put in a lot of time.

Not a good game in my opinion / you might like it

Madden is not a good game in my opinion. Gameplay wise it's not good, not very in-depth on the surrounding parts of the game (sideline, fans, detail to graphics). Also the animations a lot of times don't play out correctly and things such as going through players and rag doll type of animation. Unrealistic tackling animations. Not having to time the catch for offense. Much I can say here. I'm not mad, I was expecting it to be what it is in my opinion, not a good game. I think the developers are being lazy and also not very high talent when it come to creating a sports game. A football game that is 50.1 GB and NBA 2K23 is currently at 180.2 GB. Football has way more players, fans equipment, etc. So there is much that is missing and the effort is not put into making it better or adding to it. I think that they should start from the ground up on the movement/motion system. I think frostbite is a very bad engine for this game. Some people do enjoy the game so that is great for them and I'm glad they do. And again I'm not upset, I understand that making a game is hard, but I do believe that they don't care or care enough about some opinion and lack of enjoyment of the game. For me it's more heartbreaking and sad because I very much so want a NFL, and NCAA football game that I think is good and close to realistic. Also, each mode is not good to me. Superstar mode is not. It's been a bug for teams to do field goal fakes on 4th down since at least Madden 09 that's 15 years of that. and the cut scenes graphics are very bad to me. All in all, if you want an NFL simulation football game for the 2023 season this is the only one. And if you can deal with it not possibly being good to you or lacking in some areas maybe you are ok to get it. And maybe you will like or enjoy it. This is my opinion only.
But for best buy review, it was a great and quick pick up. No problems.

I enjoy the game, The show is a funny sports game, and I enjoy the challenge. I do wish they would do a full and only next gen version of the game. And I also wish the physical copy had the 30,000 stubs as the digital copy do. But it has 10,000. The hat that come with the game is nice. If you don't want the hat and steel book case or physical disc, and want stubs instead order/buy the digital version.
Also another disappointment to me is Road to the Show. You still can't be the two way player you want to be and bat every game, and also I think depending on team roster you should be able to switch and move positions. And the mode didn't add anything which is disappointing.

Good headphones, not worth the price to me

I like the way the headphones fit, and cover my ear. Sound is very great. Transparency mode is really good. The cons for me is the fact there is not an on and off button, they always on unless the battery is dead. If you put them in the case they go into low power mode. I wouldn't mind this as much, but here is another con. The battery life doesn't last very long to me. Yes it last hours, but with my beats I could go three or more full work days without charging the, but with these I have to pretty much charge them every day. Overall they are nice headphones, but I don't think they are worth the price, unless they last for a very long time, then I would say they are, which is to be determine. Oh another con is the connecting between my Mac and phone. If I hit play on something on my phone it automatically connects, but it does not do that on my Mac. And sometimes will have trouble getting it to connect back to my Mac.
