Charging controllers with this is easier and more convenient than using a usb cable and the console. I do think this would be a five star product if the controllers locked into place when charging. The item does not so this which results in improper removal.

I am satisfied with my purchase. This is way more money than I have ever spent on a vac. I will say this - the battery life is really good and the extra battery helps. I can usually clean all 3600 sq feet of my home on one battery and one charge. And that includes using boost mode in some areas. Love the larger head as well. After a while, it gets old having to hold the trigger down as others have mentioned. Also, and this is a major disappointment - the brush roll is NOT tangle free. At this price point, it should be. Especially because there are $150 vacs out there with this feature.
Overall this thing works well and makes vacuuming much more convenient. If you don’t need something right away, wait for Dyson’s to improve these flaws and buy the next model.

Be warned though - the bowl requires a significant amount of pre-cooling time. This makes it challenging for any type of spontaneous ince cream making - that is the only downside.

Bought these for my wife. Went for the pros because the regular AirPods slipped out of her ear and were uncomfortable. She got a perfect fit. I was able to catch a glimpse of the sound quality when helping her set them up. WOW! Waaaaaay better than the quality on my Jaybird Vistas. These are extremely clear and high quality. They work seamlessly with her Apple products as well. These have a high cost, but if you can afford them, get them.
