All Discs Worked...the Second Time Around

The first item I received, The Return of the King Pt. 1 played about halfway through, and then had some major issues. You can tell it was with production since there were no issues with the disc (no visible scratches or imperfections). I contacted BB right away, and they sent me a replacement item. The replacement worked without any issues.
I've read many reviews with the LOTR trilogy on BR where users had issues with their discs not working. If there are this many issues, why is nothing being done? My advice - check all discs immediately after purchase before BB (or whatever retailer you purchase from) throws out the "You've exceeded the term of our return policy. Sorry for your luck." This way you won't be stuck with a faulty product sold to you by a retailer who clearly knows about the issue but hopes you won't notice.

Some other reviews I've read online stated this product didn't charge when the phone has a case. I have a Speck case with an iPhone XS Plus, and it charges every time. Perhaps those having issues were using thicker cases, like OtterBoxes and Lifeproof. It comes with two mounts: vent and dash. I use the vent mount, which works great. It doesn't make noise when I drive because I've properly secured the mount as instructed, even when there isn't a phone in it. It's easy to load and unload my phone. I definitely recommend this product.
