Waiting for something to break, but I'm not sure exactly what really. I can't for the life of me remember what I purchased the protection plan on. I'm half way tempted to start breaking stuff and taking it back to the Geek Squad to see if they'd fix it, but that might not be in my best interests. OK, so like any other type of insurance, you pretty much hope you never have to use it. I feel like a sucker - but it's not the Geek Squad's fault, or Best Buy's fault... it's more like my fault for making major electronics purchases while drunk.

I'm giving it three stars - because I'm not seeing a recurring charge to my bank account at least, so I guess that's good. I'm not sure what it does - but it's probably pretty neat. Can't say enough about this. We put the Nest system on top of our 300mb modem and covered our house and separate pole barn with blazing fast service. I'm told it integrates with our other google products somehow, but I've yet to dive too deep into that one.
There's a part in this review format where it asks if you'd recommend to a friend... too late - I've already recommended Google Nest to several.
