The guy who installed my washer has no ideal what he was doing. Testing after installation, I have to get the carpet shampooer to suck up a tub load of water off the floor.

Do not care for this machine. Water levels are too low for the clothes unless you use the bulky sheets setting. Length of time for washing cycle is too short. Can't change any settings after filling has started. Would not recommend this product.
