My old washer broke down and I needed a new one asap, as I have a family of 7 and am always doing laundry. I was able to purchase the new washer and have it installed the next day. The washer is very quiet comapred to my previous washer which was 4 years old when it broke down and I thought that one was quiet, this one blows me away in comparison. It washes a huge amount of laundry in less time and everything, regardless of how soiled it was previously, comes out fresh and clean. I never have to worry about how clean the laundry will be as its perfect, regardless of cycle, everytime!
Let me tell you about purring like a kitten. My previous washer which was also pretty silent was located in our laundryroom right below my toddlers bedroom and I would never dare run it after they were in bed. This new one has been so quiet I've been able to wash to my hearts content after they're in bed without the worry of waking them up, I LOVE IT!!

I've purchased and continue to renew Best Buy Total Tech Support for many years now, and I must say, its the best investment you can make for your electronics. I''ve easily saved a few thousand dollars and hours of headaches buy subscribing. I regularly have them tune-up my and my wifes laptops (ensuring me they are running optimally), gotten free installation on at least 5 tv's by now, free installation of my washer (twice), dryer, dishwasher(twice) and my refrigerator and extra feezer, as well as having them haul away the old ones for free. I once had a hacker get into my computer, compromising all my files and causing damage, if it weren't for Best Buy Total Tech support I would have been screwed, but they fixed everything, assured me it was all good-to-go and gave me Peace of Mind(the most important thing) that my computer was again safe for use. Total Tech Support was and continues to be the best purchase I've ever made!

Holy cow, what an upgrad for me. I went from A Dell I purchased in 2017, it was amazing. Now, I just purchased my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 14" Laptop, which is about 2" smaller than my last laptop and the screen and video are.so amazing I dont even think about it. Its also lighter, always a plus, 1TB of space and a HOLY CRAP 16GB of RAM! This has been my wisest personal computer ever. I wish I was still in college, it would have been my best computer since my Bachelors and Masters Degree and would have been so much better. The speed is out of this world as well!!
