I bought this after I purchased “Amphony” brand a few years ago. Those were garbage. I saw a recommendation for this brand/model and figured I should try. I’ve always had great luck with Rocketfish items. I’m so glad I tried these!!!! They work so much better than that other brand. I’m waiting on the matching washer to be delivered yet. Supposedly they communicate with each other. Love the technology on these units! Also, the hamper style door opening is a nice option.

It depends on the system level you buy. Each product will say the square footage on the box. For example, the 3 node system I bought can cover up to 4000-4500 sqft.
Other variables to think about is spacing between each node and what obstacles fall between them. The greater the distance between the nodes and the more walls/utilities/obstructions will decrease performance. For me, node one produces 214 Mbps. Node 2 is 50 feet away with a few walls and kitchen between it and I’ll get 80-100 mbps. Node 3 is upstairs about 30 feet away and I’ll pull 50-80 Mbps. Not bad for residential uses. Hopefully this helps.

if using this in a cold weather state should it be unplugged during winter months, if so at what temp is it ok to plug it back in. im going to use it in my unheated garage in the state of Wisconsin.
You’ll be fine running this during the winter. I'll be doing it across the border in Viking Country. Just watch what you put in there. I’ve only had a few items freeze and pop, but the temps plunged to -10 and further.
