Well, I went to the store to pick up my upgraded phone and was basically handed it and told that I shouldn’t have any problems setting it up at home. So I went home and started the setup ..got stopped because there was no SIM card in the phone..sorry but I’m not overly tech savvy..called BB and they said come back to the store, which I did but had to go home again because no one told me that the SIM card was on the outside of the package. Went back a third time and finally got it straightened out.. from what I understand, they should have put the SIM card from the beginning..live and learn!
