Yes. I bought this version on sale for $29.99 & purchased the hard disk. You can only put it on one computer. You do not have to pay an annual fee, but after the first year, you won’t be able to link your bank accounts without renewing for another year. All I plan to do is enter expenses for tax purposes. I’m not going to link my bank accounts.
