OK but priced too high

For the price, this should have had a lot more features. Especially priced just before Christmas, it doesn't have touch screen. I know most new systems don't have a CD but I now have to buy an external one to access all the software I have on CD to load. I was in a time bind and needed a PC immediately when my current Dell desktop (that was only 3 years old) went out.

Enjoy a more efficient wash with this LG 27-inch top-load washer. It has a 5 cubic foot capacity so that you can clean plenty of clothes, and its 950 rpm spin cycle removes water effectively for easier drying. Great washer, great results

Washer does an excellent job of getting the clothes clean and is quiet. We previously had a front loader that was loud, moved around all over the floor, and there was a musty mold smell all the time. The front seal had been replaced twice, repairman said that was probably the source of the smell and mold (If wasn't).
Clothes come out smelling clean and fresh even before the dryer.
One tip I will leave is that the water level is based on the "weight" of the load of clothes. When we first got it, it didn't seem to have enough water to do a proper wash so I added more water. Then I found a YouTube tip to pour a gallon of water around on the clothes in a new load. The added weight of an extra gallon of water makes the machine think the load is larder than it is and adds more water than normal and IMHO gives a better wash.
Overall, I love it.

They got it in the house

Delivery was to include new hoses I purchased and hall-away of old washer. Guys "couldn't remove" the old hot water hose so both old hoses stayed in place. He was afraid of "damaging the pipes if he tried to hard" (according to my wife). I'm 72 and certainly not musclebound and when I got home I was able to take a wrench and get them off.
The old washer was a front loader that was on a pedestal and my wife asked them if they would remove it so we could give it to our niece for her front loader. They said NO and loaded it and left. I called Geek Squad and they were to contact me that night to see where the pedestal was but we never got a call or a return call to my call the next day.
