This is a great printer. Does not use ink cartridges, but bulk ink.
That is why I bought this printer. When my old printer got half
empty of black ink, it would not print. I had to throw out the black
cartridge and put in a new black cartridge. Then it would print. What a waste of ink. The probable cause is the communication
between the printers brain and the computer chip that tells the printer how much ink there is. The Geek Squad could have fixed it, but this was right after the Coronavirus hit, and the store was closed.
