An old computer I have managed to keep running for almost 20 years now is so old I cannot buy an internal BR DVD player for it anymore. This external USB-connected device resolved the issue.

Bought a series of drives to be used as replacement in my home server, with the intent of not only replacing bad drives, but to also increase total memory. I'm particular about using only 7200 rpm drives, and this turned out to be a great buy. Server is back on-line now with over 63 TB of memory.
