20 days after buying from BestBuy tv does not want to turn on. Can’t return it cause of the 15 day return policy. Had to call Samsung and they agreed to fix it under the manufacturer warranty.

Technician tried fixing my Tv but no luck. He told me that something else might be wrong with the LED lights. Will come back again with the correct parts. Will be without a Tv for over a month.
