Terrible design an overpriced

I received the trilogy today and before I opened it I noticed that there is no buffer between the steel books. So if you unwrapped the steel books which are individually wrapped and put them next to each other all they will do is scrape each other and destroy you're very expensive trilogy. I know Best Buy is cutting Corners everywhere, your customer service skills suck, but this is absolutely horrible Packaging. I remember when I got the Lord of the Rings trilogy in a box there were pads in between each steelbook so they didn't destroy each other. I highly recommend that you don't buy this set unless you want to spend a lot of money on a piece of crap!
