Yeah we bought one, had it delivered and the freezer and middle drawer zone still wasn’t functioning 5 hours later. The lighted control went out within seconds of applying power. Plugged and unplugged several times didn’t alter it. I asked that it be picked up without replacement and my account credited. Hearing more and more stories similar to this from others. Seems to be systemic so will be holding off buying a Samsung until I’m comfortable that they’ve fixed the issue. Very disappointed.
