The inclusion of the 4K theatrical as well as the extended versions of these 3 masterpieces is well done. The transfers are clean and sharp and play well on our 70” Samsung and the sounds boom on our sound system. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was the packaging spindles were broken on two of the six disc dividers.

Freezer and Flexzone Never Worked

Waited 5 days to get it delivered after purchase. Still, four hours after delivery the freezer and flexzone drawer never functioned and the temp never cooled. The refrigerator portion worked fine. After further review decided to have it picked up. That took another 7 days of this giant steel brick in our home. We are now hearing of others having this same or similar issues. Samsung is known for its quality electronics. This would’ve been our first refrigerator from them. We are re-evaluating that brand of refrigerator.

Got this fridge today. Freezer started at 88 degrees and now it's in the high 60s 13 hours later. Documentation states 24 hours is required, but it's moving too slow. is this normal or am I missing a button/setting somewhere?
Yeah we bought one, had it delivered and the freezer and middle drawer zone still wasn’t functioning 5 hours later. The lighted control went out within seconds of applying power. Plugged and unplugged several times didn’t alter it. I asked that it be picked up without replacement and my account credited. Hearing more and more stories similar to this from others. Seems to be systemic so will be holding off buying a Samsung until I’m comfortable that they’ve fixed the issue. Very disappointed.
