This is a great product for anyone weary of the PlayStation network's security given its history of payment info mishaps. Keeps your credit and debit card info off their systems and allows you to get what you want from the PlayStation store.

What I like about the keyboard: The build quality feels very solid and it has a standard sized bottom row which many mainstream gaming keyboards do not feature. Cherry MX red switches for those who desire less noisy mechanical switches in their keyboards. Media and lighting mode keys worked perfectly without issue. No software needed to control the LED lighting.
The mediocre: Red only LED back lighting may not be for everyone. The value of this product is significantly more appealing when it is on sale.
The bad: The capslock, numlock, and game mode indicator lights are white at full brightness and stand out a bit too much on this keyboard and could be annoying to some. No official macOS support and I can confirm once I get past the login screen I'm unsuccessfully able to get this keyboard to function correctly on an 2017 MacBook pro with the latest version of Mojave. So Mac owners desiring to use a full layout MX red keyboard on the cheap should probably look elsewhere.

I'll start with the good parts of this product: It was lightweight and very comfortable to wear for extended gaming sessions (3+ hours). The battery life seemed really good for a wireless headset (used side LED off mode for max battery life). I had no reception or range issues with the included USB dongle receiver.
The mediocre stuff about the headset: It does not feature any form of virtual surround sound (stereo only). The sound quality of the headset was acceptable for its price range. The mic was not bad nor was it exceptional. If you're used to beefy metal wired headsets you may be put off by the mostly plastic build. The mute button for the mic is one of the side panels on the headset with only audible beeps played to tell if it is active or not.
And now the bad: Any firmware update to the headset requires it to be paired again to the USB dongle. The pairing mode button on the USB dongle requires a extremely small needle or pin to reach so keep one on hand for such an occasion. Many owners complain about white noise with this product. The reason being is most likely that the headset does not have an volume control independent of what it is connected to. For example, on the PC it only controls the operating system's sound volume. So the headset itself seems to be at max volume within itself which causes you to hear white noise or "speaker hissing" as I like to call it. For some it might not bother you as gaming sounds may drown this out, but for others it could be too much to bear.

Is it surround sound
No this product does not have any form of surround sound. If you plan to use this on a Windows PC you could look into using the Windows Sonic for headphones feature to provide it with virtual surround sound.
