Read/Write speeds aren't as good as the EVO series, at least when it comes to most everyday tasks. If you're planning on running games off this thing, however, you won't notice the difference between this and the EVO but it's certainly much better than using a regular HDD for the job, especially it consumes less power for that faster load times. Well worth it for PC gamers that are weaning themselves off mechanical storage now.

Not as internal storage, no. Based on the info so far, this is good for external storage and running PS4 games on a PS5. If you're using the Xbox Series X/S, you can run Xbox One games from here and below just fine but you can only store Xbox Series X/S games here, not run them directly from here. Still need a SATA to USB3 adapter as this is meant for internal storage initially on a PC.
