This computer is fast, reliable, and lightweight. The webcam and mics are phenomenal. The performance, even for apps written for Intel processors, is excellent. I only have a handful of complaints.
First, there should be Face ID on this computer. The accessories included with the computer are not up to snuff. I use a different keyboard that is backlit and a mouse that is more versatile/comfortable. Only being able to output to one additional monitor is a downgrade from the model that this replaced (on which you could output to 2 external monitors). But overall, you are getting a very good computer for the money.

It's the best tv I've ever owned and in my opinion, the best tv out right now. Absolutely incredible TV. I am amazed by the black levels, the contrast, and the picture quality. It was not cheap and rarely do I splurge like this but I have no regrets. I think the interface and the remote need a little work, not the best I've ever used. TV's coming out in 2020 should have 802.11 AX/WiFi 6 & Bluetooth 5.1 as well. I have to ding the tv for not supporting the latest wireless standard. But I've gotten used to the TV and think that overall, the picture is phenomenal.

There are a lot of things I like about this laptop. The design is simply incredible and unique. It's a stunner in person and I'm more than happy to put up with the constant fingerprints. It's also thin, light, and has excellent battery life with good performance. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the trackpad is very precise. This is also the best looking screen I've ever had on a laptop. Extremely extremely impressive display. QLED for the win! This thing just nails most of the fundamentals.
However, it's not perfect and given what the price is, the oversights are hard to ignore. First and foremost, it drives me nuts that you can't open this laptop with one hand. All this effort into the design/engineering and yet, you still need 2 hands to open this thing. The webcam is okay but should be a lot better. For this kind of money, I expect an infrared webcam that is compatible with Windows Hello. The speakers should definitely be better. There are two Thunderbolt 3 ports and one USB-C port but there should be four Thunderbolt 3 ports, period. 12 GB of RAM instead of 16? Come on Samsung. And in the biggest irony of all, the SSD is made by Intel, not Samsung (who happens to be an industry leader in SSD's). When you pay this much money for something, you don't want corners to be cut and these things stick out because the rest of the laptop is wonderful.
I've been looking for the perfect laptop with a numeric keypad for a LONG time. I love sleek and clean designs like what you see on Surface Laptops and MacBooks. This is a unique looking product that does most things really well. I'm happy with this laptop and would recommend it to most people but make sure that you can live with the amount and types of ports that it has.

I love this keyboard. It's stable, durable, and a pleasure to type on The trackpad is very good, albeit a little too small. I do wish there was an escape key as well as a row of function keys. Very easy to take the iPad off and then put it back on, although the case is hard to open without some kind of dimple for your fingers to lift up the top. Overall though, it's the best keyboard case out there for the iPad.

This is a fantastic portable game console and the greatest handheld gaming system to date. The Nintendo Wii & WiiU were complete garbage. The Nintendo Switch however, is something I am proud to own and play, whether at home or on the road. Lots of fantastic games are available. While it's not the best system to play online multiplayer with and you miss out on certain games like Call of Duty, Madden, and Grand Theft Auto...it's the best Nintendo system since the Super Nintendo and with games like Smash Brothers and Mario Kart, everyone who gets to play will have a blast.

Is this machine able to upgrade to more memory? If so what are the specs to purchase more memory?
You cannot upgrade the memory (RAM) and storage. Buy the system that has the right amount of memory and storage for yourself up-front. In the worst case scenario, at least in regards to storage, you can get an external hard drive if you run out of space but with memory, there are no work-arounds. With that said, 8 GB of memory (RAM) is enough for many users. If you are doing word processing/web browsing/typical day to day work on a computer, 8 GB is plenty.
But if you are doing more advanced/demanding tasks, like photo/video editing, then I would recommend 16 GB of RAM. As for storage, see how much of your computer's storage you are using now. Will you be storing lots of media, like photos and videos? In that case, buy a model with more storage up front or if you can't afford that right now, buy an external hard drive later on when you run out of space and really need it. Hope that helps.
