Good but installers did not use all the parts

The unit came with two rigid elbows for attaching the vent pipe. They only use one and given the installation conditions, they should have used both.

Seems efficient but missed installation items

Team seemed more interested in getting job over quickly rather than done right. Did not install drain hose, plugs to fill shipping bolt holes, did not level washer, brought too short of a gas hose, did not leave shipping bolts and leveling wrench as installation guide requires. Overall, not good installation. Not installing drain hose could have caused significant damage is I had not discovered it in time. The picture shows grey drain hose still attached to washer after they left.

This dryer periscope is designed for use with most front-load dryers and features adjustable height to allow close placement next to a wall.
I would be using this for a dryer that sits in a closet. The vent will need to go up my attic. How much space is needed for this type of vent. Dryer to wall?
the manufacturer recommends 6 inches, we have 10 inches. The 90 degree elbow allows for closer to wall distance.
