Got this TV Black Friday 2019 and I’ve been having sound issues for a few weeks now. The sound cuts out randomly and sometimes requires a restart to fix. Sound options setting cannot be selected while issue is occurring... but can be when issue goes away?
Seems to be a problem with these tv's. I got one and my daughter and son in law bought one. They had the same problems from day one and mine started a month later. We were both able to exchange our TVs and so far so good, knock on wood. Did find other reviews with ther same problem. Would be nice if they could do an update and fix it. I did read that hooking a sound bar to the TV works. Good luck.
