Screen malfunctioned after five weeks

This PC was good initially but just five weeks after my purchase the screen went white and had a flickering issue. I could not return the unit to Best Buy since I was 7 days passed the return period. So I had to send the unit to Dell for repair and was without the PC for two weeks. Dell replaced the motherboard and sent the unit back. But now the internal microphone does not work and I also had one instance where the touch screen feature was not functioning.
I am hesitant to send the unit again back to Dell for repair since
1. I will be again without the PC for about two weeks
2. There is again no guarantee that the unit will be repaired
2. There is again no guarantee that the unit will be repaired
So although I like Dell in general and had no problems with my previous Dell PC's, this one turned out to be a bad unit.
Unfortunately I could not return the unit to Best Buy since the screen malfunction happened just 7 days after the 30-day return period ended. Bad luck.

We purchased two of these. One of them is still going strong. Kids love the touch screen functionality. The 2nd one died after 2 weeks of use. No damage, no crazy movement of the computer - the screen just went completely white with somewhat of a watermark image in the background. Googled this issue and couldn't find anything. This is a huge risk with these all-in-one computers, since once the screen dies, you have to replace the entire device.

Exactly same issue. I had to send in the device to Dell. It came back, and now the touch screen feature is not working. Really frustrating :(

Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the touch screen feature, I noticed the problem can be mitigated via toggling the hdmi input source when the issue happens. However, regarding the internal microphone not functioning, I tried all possible remedies I found online and on the Dell support site including updating drivers and even re-installing Windows 10. It is as if the internal microphone is not connected at all; maybe the Dell technician missed a connection when replacing the main logic board and did not reconnect the microphone. Anyways, for the time being I am not sending back the PC to Dell just because of the microphone and will use a headset instead. Not an ideal situation but I will be able to manage like this for a while.

Now the CPU fan stopped working

This gets worse and worse. Now after the internal microphone issue, I had twice a message during system boot up that the CPU fan is not working. I am really very very disappointed with this product.

Microphone still not working!!!

Came back the 2nd time from Dell repair center and the internal microphone array is still not working :(
Dell wants me to send it in the 3rd time and this is within my 3rd month of ownership!!!

What does it mean when the blue charging light comes on for a few seconds and then goes off - repeats ?
If there is no phone on the charger, the blinking blue LED indicates that the charger is in stand-by mode (i.e., connected to an AC outlet). Once you put your phone on the charger, the LED turns to a steady blue-violet which indicates that the phone is wirelessly charging.
