I've been using another brand for some years now but when that one gave out I decided to try something different and I was not disappointed so far. Although I've only had this item in the loop now for a few weeks I find that there is more control and consistency with connections for all my smart devices and tablets and computers and you name it. It was easy to set up and getting into the router to change how things run was great and there are so many choices on how to use it that it made it easy to get the configuration I needed and wanted. Connecting my external hard drive was a little cumbersome but once connected it had a stable connection and works great, Overall it's working great for my needs at this time and I hope it continues to run well into the future.

Great cover to go with the tablet

Cover seems sturdy and fits very well on the Tab A. The cover flips up and becomes a stand with magnet holds for two angles. It looks good if you're above it slightly like when standing and it's on the table and when sitting it can be adjusted to view easily at the other angle. It is very clean looking and smooth with a slightly textured surface that makes it easier to hold on to when carrying.

Good look and good screen

Overall it isn't a bad tablet. The screen is bright and large but the programs act funny sometimes on the screen when you have it sitting on the table with the longer width horizontal. Some programs automatically rotate into portrait mode (long edge vertical) and then you have to turn the tablet to view those programs. When the tablet is vertical the camera is along the right edge and makes it very awkward to use in that direction. If you have the tablet in landscape mode then the camera is on top and much easier to use. It may just be a learning curve since I've always had the tab A 8" screen and it would always be used in the portrait mode. This one is also a bit heavier than the one it replaced but that wasn't a deal breaker. The battery seems to die faster than my previous tablets as well and it happens even when I'm not using the table and it's been closed. My older Samsung would hold a charge for days if I didn't use it much, this one is good for a little over one day only then it needs charging. It may just need some performance tweaks but I haven't found the right one yet.

These are a required item to get the install done for the washer. It is also a good thing to change out since the rubber hoses or even these do deteriorate over time when in use. The last ones I had for 18 years even though it's recommended to be changed after 5 years.

Smart watch works good

Have been looking at these for a long time and wanted to get one. Finally got this one and it seems to be a good device. I have always hated the bands that come with them but found you can change them pretty easily and cheaply. I ordered the new band even befor getting the watch which was great. The device itself has many things I want to keep track of and it was pretty easy to set up most things such as email , notifications, etc. The one thing I was unable to set up was the ECG traking. For some reason when you go to set it up and it links to the phone it says it doesn't like the browser and I should use Chrome but it's open in Chrome. Not really a big issue it's just another fun thing to have. I haven't had a chance to set it up with LTE yet through my carrier but as long as the phone is close by I can get texts and make and answer calls so that works for me. It does have some proprietary thing that you need a Samsung phone to use and I don't have a Samsung phone so I'm out of luck there unless I can find some other way of using those items. It's nothing major anyway. Watch faces were easy to change and most are free to use which is nice, Found one with weather, steps, battery and date besides the time of course. Still pretty new and getting used to using it but it seems to be a good device.

Decent machine and seems to work

Right now I'm going with good and I hope it stays that way throughout the life of the washer. It isn't anything special and performs as all the other models on the market. I doesn't have that old time solid feel of a washer and I'm hoping it last for at least 10 years. So far it is doing well and washes the clothes that I have put in it pretty well. It does take some getting used to at first as it isn't like the old washers that fill up and then run. This one kind of fills a little then runs then fills up more then runs and so on until it's comfortable with the amount of water it has in the tub. The controls are simple enough but even at that my older mother has trouble with how this operates, not sure if it's just still too new or she's going to have trouble moving forward, time will tell on that one. I've explained several times and I foresee explaining more times that the buttons aren't push buttons but touch enabled. The other one is to start the washer that you have to touch the on button until the countdown ends and the machine starts. Not sure why this is programmed like that but I even feel it is an annoyance. Touching start should just start the machine without that lag. Overall right now I would say it's a good machine but we've only had it for a few weeks at the time of this writing.

OK modem with slight flaws

This was an upgrade from an older Arris model. I had been having trouble with my network so decided after 5 years to bring in the newer technology. I got this modem and a new router. The modem is almost exactly the same size shape and works pretty much the same other than the newer DOCSIS 3.1 as opposed to the 3.0 version. It also increased my upstream and downstream channels which you would think makes it better. I really haven't seen that much of a difference as my connection still only has 300 Mbps which is fine for my needs. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that you can't access the modem from your computer any longer if you go through your router. I have everything set up the same as the only devices but now if you type in the IP for the router in a browser you get a time out. The only was to do it is to disconnect everything and use a separate line directly to the modem to view the status and other menu items. Very troublesome when you have to troubleshoot any issues.

Easy smart lighting. Add color to any room with a single smart bulb, which offers warm to cool white light as well as 16 million colors. Use Bluetooth for instant light control in one room, or connect to the Hue bridge (sold separately) to unlock the full set of smart lighting features.
When I use the sunset/sunrise routine, it defaults the color to the "white" color, even though I set it to another color. I can't seem to find the setting to keep it the color I set it to when I run this routine. Any suggestions?
I'm assuming since the sun is a big bright white/yellow light the sunrise/sunset mode follows the same colors. I do know that there are several other options for color and ambiance in the Phillips app. I use the bulbs with the Echo so I don't have that capability (it's a limitation on the Echo when you don't use the Philips hub). If you are using the hub and have the Phillips app you should have some other choices of colors that perform the way you want it to for waking and sleeping. Good Luck!

Can this be used to cycle just the fan at a set time period (say turn on every half hour for 5 minutes) just to keep the air flow going even if I don't need the AC or heat? I live in a very polluted area and want my air to be filtered.
It does have some capabilities but it doesn't appear that you can set a schedule as you describe. It appears you only have four choices a day to run the fan in circulating mode (without air or heat). I have found customer service is very helpful (so far) pre and post purchase. I had questions prior to buying the thermostat and they answered in a very timely manner. I have a small annoyance issue (nothing to do with function) and they are checking into that now for me. Good luck!

I currently have a Honeywell magic stat ct3200. Will the current wiring work with the Honeywell home smart color thermostat.
I just looked up your model and it looks like the ones I replaced. My two older Honeywell thermostats were swapped out with the two home smart color thermostats. The wiring on most thermostats is generally the same depending on your system and it capability. There are a couple of limitations about some systems that these will not work on. One that I can think of right now it electric baseboard heat (these will not work with that type of system). You can check on the Honeywell web site for more details and their customer service is very good. They answered my pre-purchase questions in a very timely manner. There are about six different combinations of wiring that you can use with these thermostats. You do need a "C" wire and that can be hooked up in about five minutes usually, my older thermostats didn't have that wire attached. There should be extra wires in the bundle behind the current thermostat and you just need one to be hooked up on you main units control board and you're good to go. I did exactly that and things work very well. Just head the warnings of turning off the units at the breaker before doing the wiring. The new thermostats are awesome, hooked them to the app and the Alexa!! Just be aware there are some limitations in the Alexa skill from Honeywell but you can change the temp, get the temp and a couple of other things, which is all you really need! That's what you would do if you walked over to it and changed it there once it was set up.Good Luck!

I bought a Nest Learning, had it installed by HVAC company, but had problems with heat. Nest support, after a lot of questions, told me it was not compatible with my 10 year old Rheem heat pump system. Is this Honeywell product compatible?

What happens if you lose electric for a while, will it keep its settongs?
Not sure how long it will keep those settings. If you have a Honeywell account those setting will be held and you can just push them back tot he thermostat when it is operational again. I did take mine off the wall after setting it up to check it on another mount downstairs (that one wasn't working (blown fuse at the furnace) so I was testing) then when I brought it back upstairs it was still set the way I had it and I didn't' have to do anything. It was only disconnected a short time though! Good Luck!

Is it possible to use the App to control the thermostat without having a Honeywell account? I do not want my data on the internet. I just want remote control.
Honeywell didn't ask for anything sensitive to get their account for the controls of the thermostats. It was the usual kind of warranty information. Name, address, etc. If you long on and check before you buy it then you can make a decision prior to getting the thermostat. If you still don't want the account then the answer is no to your question. Good Luck!

How do I install this thermostat?
This question is quite generic. Honeywell packages these with screws and anchors to mount it to the wall. You will need a level to check for level installation and the mounting plate shows you were to place the level. You will need to know your wiring from your old thermostat and have a "C" wire available or a way to connect it at the main unit with wiring that is already present, if not you would have to run wire. If you don't quite get it you should probably call your local HVAC company to have this done. It's not hard but the main control board on the heat/ac unit is sensitive and costly to replace if you make an error. Good Luck!

Hi, can that thermostat work with a two wire
Not exactly sure what you mean by two wire. Is it that you only have heating? If that is the case it will work for your heating system as long as it's a 24V system and you have a "C" wire or are able to get one connected to power the thermostat. You may need to get an HVAC company in to check your wiring before you purchase this. If you have more pre-purchase questions the customer service at Honeywell was great when I contacted them with questions. Good Luck!

how does this unit calculate or measure humidity? I see a humidity display , so there must be a sensor or calc.
The thermostat itself is a bit heavier than I thought it was going to be so I can only assume some of what I see sticking out the back of the case might be a sensor for just that purpose. Other than that you could ask Honeywell. Their customer service was very helpful at my pre-purchase stage with questions i had before buying the Thermostat. Good Luck!
