Good device and easy to set up

I've been using another brand for some years now but when that one gave out I decided to try something different and I was not disappointed so far. Although I've only had this item in the loop now for a few weeks I find that there is more control and consistency with connections for all my smart devices and tablets and computers and you name it. It was easy to set up and getting into the router to change how things run was great and there are so many choices on how to use it that it made it easy to get the configuration I needed and wanted. Connecting my external hard drive was a little cumbersome but once connected it had a stable connection and works great, Overall it's working great for my needs at this time and I hope it continues to run well into the future.

Great cover to go with the tablet

Cover seems sturdy and fits very well on the Tab A. The cover flips up and becomes a stand with magnet holds for two angles. It looks good if you're above it slightly like when standing and it's on the table and when sitting it can be adjusted to view easily at the other angle. It is very clean looking and smooth with a slightly textured surface that makes it easier to hold on to when carrying.

Good look and good screen

Overall it isn't a bad tablet. The screen is bright and large but the programs act funny sometimes on the screen when you have it sitting on the table with the longer width horizontal. Some programs automatically rotate into portrait mode (long edge vertical) and then you have to turn the tablet to view those programs. When the tablet is vertical the camera is along the right edge and makes it very awkward to use in that direction. If you have the tablet in landscape mode then the camera is on top and much easier to use. It may just be a learning curve since I've always had the tab A 8" screen and it would always be used in the portrait mode. This one is also a bit heavier than the one it replaced but that wasn't a deal breaker. The battery seems to die faster than my previous tablets as well and it happens even when I'm not using the table and it's been closed. My older Samsung would hold a charge for days if I didn't use it much, this one is good for a little over one day only then it needs charging. It may just need some performance tweaks but I haven't found the right one yet.

Good hoses that work

These are a required item to get the install done for the washer. It is also a good thing to change out since the rubber hoses or even these do deteriorate over time when in use. The last ones I had for 18 years even though it's recommended to be changed after 5 years.

Smart watch works good

Have been looking at these for a long time and wanted to get one. Finally got this one and it seems to be a good device. I have always hated the bands that come with them but found you can change them pretty easily and cheaply. I ordered the new band even befor getting the watch which was great. The device itself has many things I want to keep track of and it was pretty easy to set up most things such as email , notifications, etc. The one thing I was unable to set up was the ECG traking. For some reason when you go to set it up and it links to the phone it says it doesn't like the browser and I should use Chrome but it's open in Chrome. Not really a big issue it's just another fun thing to have. I haven't had a chance to set it up with LTE yet through my carrier but as long as the phone is close by I can get texts and make and answer calls so that works for me. It does have some proprietary thing that you need a Samsung phone to use and I don't have a Samsung phone so I'm out of luck there unless I can find some other way of using those items. It's nothing major anyway. Watch faces were easy to change and most are free to use which is nice, Found one with weather, steps, battery and date besides the time of course. Still pretty new and getting used to using it but it seems to be a good device.

Decent machine and seems to work

Right now I'm going with good and I hope it stays that way throughout the life of the washer. It isn't anything special and performs as all the other models on the market. I doesn't have that old time solid feel of a washer and I'm hoping it last for at least 10 years. So far it is doing well and washes the clothes that I have put in it pretty well. It does take some getting used to at first as it isn't like the old washers that fill up and then run. This one kind of fills a little then runs then fills up more then runs and so on until it's comfortable with the amount of water it has in the tub. The controls are simple enough but even at that my older mother has trouble with how this operates, not sure if it's just still too new or she's going to have trouble moving forward, time will tell on that one. I've explained several times and I foresee explaining more times that the buttons aren't push buttons but touch enabled. The other one is to start the washer that you have to touch the on button until the countdown ends and the machine starts. Not sure why this is programmed like that but I even feel it is an annoyance. Touching start should just start the machine without that lag. Overall right now I would say it's a good machine but we've only had it for a few weeks at the time of this writing.

OK modem with slight flaws

This was an upgrade from an older Arris model. I had been having trouble with my network so decided after 5 years to bring in the newer technology. I got this modem and a new router. The modem is almost exactly the same size shape and works pretty much the same other than the newer DOCSIS 3.1 as opposed to the 3.0 version. It also increased my upstream and downstream channels which you would think makes it better. I really haven't seen that much of a difference as my connection still only has 300 Mbps which is fine for my needs. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that you can't access the modem from your computer any longer if you go through your router. I have everything set up the same as the only devices but now if you type in the IP for the router in a browser you get a time out. The only was to do it is to disconnect everything and use a separate line directly to the modem to view the status and other menu items. Very troublesome when you have to troubleshoot any issues.

Does this require C Wire
This does require a "C" wire to operate. The "C" brings power to the place the thermostat is mounted to the wall and this does need that power. If there isn't one on your current thermostat it isn't hard to get one there usually. There are usually 1 to 2 extra wires on the bundle behind your current thermostat. One of those can be hooked up on the control board "C" terminal and now you have a "C" wire at the wall mount location. As long as your system is a usual 24V system. If you're not sure then you should have your HVAC company look at it and let you know. If you're installing wires yourself heed the warning to turn off the breaker at the main panel while working. There is usually not enough power to electrocute you but you can easily short out the main circuit board on your system. Even with all the precautions check your wires. I didn't see it and the insulation was split on one wire at the thermostat and blew a fuse when I turned the power back on. Luckily that was an easy fix but it could run into a couple of hundred dollars if you fry the board! Good Luck!

i have the 9585 WF. I set it up with the 5 wires and set up according to the codes colors. When i turn on the ac i get heat, not hot air but warmer then ac air. When I turn it to heat i get cool air. Does anyone know of a correct wire connection for this
You can't always go by the color codes of the wire. You needed to see where the wires themselves were hooked up on your old thermostat. As that is not an option any longer you will now need to go to the control board at the unit to see which wire is on which terminal and attach them to the thermostat the same way. When the contractor originally built my house the upstairs and downstairs thermostats were wired differently. On one my blue wire was in the green position and the other one the blue wire was my spare for the "C" wire. It doesn't matter what their color is as long as they all are hooked up correctly at both places (thermostat and control board). Hope that helps! Good luck!

Will this T-stat do auto change over with gas heat?
I don't believe so, I've read the manual and I don't see anything in there yet that says it will auto select the mode. It appears you have to go to the mode and switch it with the push of a button, either in the app or on the thermostat (or Alexa if you're connected). Good luck!

Does this have a usb port , so I can link it to my phone. Not the small charging side , the bigger output side, I want to download my phone video and photos to my new tablet.
This tablet only has the micro USB port on the bottom for charging and data transfer. The newest version of the tablet uses a USB-C connector. You can possibly get an adapter to connect your phone that would accommodate the way you want to use it. I have a dual USB drive that I use for that purpose or I connect to the main computer on my desk. Hope this helps, enjoy!

Is this tablet under lock, so I can use my dater plan
The question doesn't seem worded correctly but I am thinking you want to use it with your mobile company such as AT&T or Verizon and you want to know if it's an unlocked device. If that is the question then it would be a no answer to that since there is no means to put a SIM card in the device. If you have a phone and you can use that as a mobile hotspot you can connect through your phone using Wi-Fi thus using your Data Plan to connect to the internet. You can also use it at any Wi-Fi spot such as Starbuck's or McDonald's, etc. Most places have Wi-Fi these days(some better than others) that you can connect to for free. Hope this helps, enjoy!

Will Samsung Galaxy tab a 8.0 work fine for flying my DJI Pro 3?
I haven't tried using this to fly my drone but I would think the software works. I have used a Samsung galaxy 5 phone and a Motorola Moto 5G S and they worked fine. You could check with DJI but their software has gotten better over the years and there isn't many things it will not run on. Hope this helps, enjoy!
