All I can say is "It's a SONY!" I own the first 40" KDL-40XBR4, the SONY 65" 3D 4K XBR-65X850A and now the SONY XBR43X800E 4K HDR ULTRA HD TV. There can only be just ONE...and it's a SONY!!!

I don't know why the fabric softener dispenser doesn't work. It doesn't come out even I tried to put softener less or maximum. Is that any way to fix it? Thanks in advance for the answer
It's all labeled! In the back of the washer opening there is a drawer where you put your detergent in that pulls out. You will see fabric softener to the right where you put the laundry detergent in. Then on the controls you must press the fabric softener touch button before you start the wash cycle. You really need to read the operational manual! This washer is a REAL MARVEL You will love once You read and know how to operate it! No short steps...READ the Operation Manual!

best speakers and where are speaker connections
Speaker connection is a plug in in the back. It is a plug in and the best thing is to talk to a sales personnel where You purchased it regarding expanding to speakers! Usually it would be the display to attach external speakers. I always use a LCD HD TV instead of a LCD Monitor for a better picture and all the output (Audio, etc.) and input jacks for additional devices (HDMI's, Components, Composites and Antenna! This way You can also add whatever external audio receiver and speakers You want to it. There would be no comparison to a simple speaker addition to the desktop!
