This charger works as indicated. Reason for my star deduction is because you need to have the proper cord to charge the charger. If you don’t have an extra Nintendo charging cable lying around you have to buy that exact cable (male to male). I I have several lightning and micro usb cables laying around and can’t use those to charge up this power charger.

I mean it doesn’t come with the charger plug. It includes the male to male Nintendo cable, but no plug.
