Good TV for kids or for a spare room

The TV is satisfactory for kids or use in a spare room, but I wouldn't use it as a main TV. My main criticisms are 1) The picture very rapidly deteriorates when moving off axis, and 2) There is no direct Bluetooth connection (however, I was able to connect my Air Pods with the TV and use them for headphones).
Otherwise, it's really not a bad TV for the money if you need something in a pinch.

Good little heater if you have a small space, e.g., a bathroom, to heat temporarily. The Optimus portable heater is affordable and won't break your bank, which is good since most of these will only last a season or two.
Works well, heats quickly, and the thermostat works to keep the heat about where you want it. Not a bad little heater for the money!

This little tripod can basically be put anywhere you can wrap the legs around. It's sturdy (max weight I've used is about 5 lbs), and the legs are very flexible. The ball head/quick-release plate is surprisingly good for a single-knob type set up and everything has stayed where I've put it so far.
It smart phone holder's spring-action isn't quite as friendly as some others I've used, but is very adequate and holds my iPhone quite well.

I wanted a reasonably priced low-power pair of binoculars for searching out constellations and night sky objects prior to looking at them with my telescope. The Nikon ProStaff 3s 10x42 binoculars are outstanding. They are lightweight, easy to transport, have a rubberized exterior for water-resistance and durability, and the 7 degree (TFOV) fits my needs perfectly. The eye cups can be adjusted to change eye relief if you wear glasses, there is a diopter adjustment, and the view through them is just excellent -- bright and clear from one edge of the field to the other. I absolutely love these binoculars! They are a great value.

I received AirPods as a gift and loved the sound quality, but they wouldn't stay in my ears. I exchanged them for the AirPods Pro and I'm thrilled to say that the sound and noise canceling are both excellent - and they stay in my ears! The hold a charge for a long time and the charging case that comes with them is really great. I definitely think spending the extra money for the AirPods Pro was worth it for me.

I really love this monitor. I was looking for something bigger than my previous 23" monitor since I use a lot of applications at one time and found this Dell S2719DM QHD (Quad HD = 4x sharper than 720p) monitor. I knew I'd need increased resolution if I wanted to step up to a bigger size, e.g., 27", and this monitor was right on target for: size, response time, resolution, speed, wide angle (up to 178 degrees) since I sit fairly close to the monitor when working. Colors are vibrant, and the image is top-notch for this class of monitor.
This monitor has it all, and I'm extremely happy with it!

Nice interface; remote ergonomics are horrible

The Apple TV 4K (64 Gb) provides a very clean, pleasing interface that's easy to navigate and simple to customize (even for someone like me who is not a big user of Apple products), and is very responsive with very little lag time.
Having the ability to take advantage of Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos was a big factor for me when I was deciding whether to invest, since it is quite a bit more expensive compared to other streaming devices. The Dolby experience on this device is really first-rate.
It might be because I'm not used to Apple's design philosophy, but I find the remote to be absolutely horrendous to use. It is so slick and thin that it's difficult to hold on to! Very annoying to me, but somewhat similar to the way Apple designs their iPhones - as evidenced by all the cracked screens out there, which has almost become an Apple iPhone trademark. It's also too easy to have the remote upside down when you first pick it up. The Menu button has a ring around it to get you oriented with something tactile, but I still find it difficult to orient it in a dark room since there is no backlight on the remote.
I've set up another remote to use with the IR interface so most of the time I can use a remote I can hang on to, but every once in a while I have to use the slippery fish and I get annoyed all over again.
The Siri voice-command feature has worked flawlessly for me and I find it very intuitive.
Performance and picture wise, the Apple TV 4K is very hard to beat, in spite of the fact that some apps are not included (see the CNET review for details).

I bought my WF-7720 because I had such a good experience with my Workforce 845 that I bought 6 years ago. The WF-7720 has a much improved user interface that's easy to use and intuitive. The print quality is excellent and the ability to handle paper larger than 8.5 x 11 is a valuable feature. The scanner works perfectly with the Epson Scan 2 software (included on CD). The scans are clear and the paper feed works flawlessly for multi-page scanning tasks.
The connectivity of the WF-7720 is outstanding. Getting the printer connected to my network was a cinch, and Epson provides Web-based software that allows you to print from anywhere you have an internet connection.
The only down side is that it seems to use ink quickly, especially black ink, but I haven't done any metrics yet so I'm not entirely sure about this point and I think this is a common drawback of many other ink-cartridge based printers as well.
All in all, I love the printer so far! I think it is a great value if you're looking for a solid, multi-function printer that can take pretty much whatever you can throw at it.

"First Man" in 4K wasn't as emotionally impactful as I had hoped. Some of the in-flight scenes are good, if not a little overdone, in terms of trying to put viewers in the astronauts' place. They could be a little overdone at times as well, though. All-in-all, a good movie but I was disappointed it wasn't on a par with "The Right Stuff" in terms of raw, visceral appeal.
