've owned many high end headphones and in-ear monitors including Etymotic Research, Shure, Apple Airpods, Bose, etc. After recently developing some sort of allergy to my Airpods, I figured I'd give a pair of over ear headphones a try. This is my first pair of active noise canceling headphones as I have generally preferred noise isolation. We'll start there.
Noise Canceling: It's either on or off. Other brands give you more control over the amount of noise canceling. With ANC on, When on it works very well at canceling ambient noise. Voices or irregular noises will be muted (I'm assuming mostly due to isolation rather than ANC) but not completely blocked.
