Over all this movie is just ok. The 4k quality of the disc is really good tho picture quality is near perfect sound quality is great. I got this on Black Friday at 8 bucks. Thankfully I didn't pay full price.

It's hard to give this one a great review. Some shots look really good at times but there are some instances where the picture looks pretty lousy. Granted this is an older movies and I'm sure the film this was mastered from has suffered a little degradation. Over all, the story is a little cheesy and all the characters are puppets but, if you are a fan of this movie it's probably the best it's ever going to look and sound so it's probably worth it to to pick this movie up. For me, to have it just to admire it's original concept is pretty well with it. But that's just me. Get it on sale though because it's most definitely not worth any more than $15.

For a Tom Cruise movie, it's one of my favorites. But that's just me, i guess. As for the quality of this 4k release, it's nothing to write home about. The picture quality is great, so if thats your main focus you should be happy. The sound really doesn't have many shining moments, but that really isn't why someone should want this movie. The real positive about this movie is it's story.

If you are not familiar with the tv show Firefly, I'd recommend watching it first. There was only one season and then it was canceled, but it will help to understand this movie. This movie is a direct spinoff from that show. Now, the quality of the video and sound is excellent. The surround in particular is amazing. Great to show off your home theater.

These are not the greatest quality banana plugs out there, but they do work in a pinch. They are difficult to push into the back of the receiver. At 1st I thought they weren't the "right size", but there is only one size. Just took a effort to get them inserted.
