Good Install, but...

The installers were careful and installed the washer properly. However, the installer did not want to install the new washer on an existing base and said he was not permitted to do it. If I had purchased a new base, he would install it so this makes no sense to me. . I had asked the Best Buy representative this question specifically and he assured me they would install. Be warned.

Good Washer, But...

So far the washer has been performing well. On sanitize, the washer does have a little smell like something is hot but it has not affected the machine so far.
Fair warning - We got this washer to replace a similar one that was only 2 years old. The computer board no longer functioned and no replacement was available for 2 months! So, even if we had the extended warranty, we would still be stuck without a washer. We replaced it with another GE because we did not want to have to purchase another stand.
