Looks good, does what it needs to and does it very well. This thing spins like a crazy and cut down the time the dryer needs to run. Very happy so far. Down side, I had to wait 10 days for delivery.

Whoops, where are they and why do i need them?

I was told that I had to have these for the new washer even though I already have stainless steel lines. Paid the $35 for them but they were not delivered with the new wash machine nore was I offered them before we left the store. Waiting for the return phone call from BestBuy to get a refund
