First, about the packaging and such: I received this product in the mail and, although others received damaged ones, mine came in excellent condition. It was packaged with care and had plenty of bubble protectors on all sides so it didn't bounce around in transit. Good job for that!! On a technical side, The Hobbit trilogy in 4K looks and sounds absolutely stunning!! I'm glad these finally came out, and with the LotR trilogy to boot!!

Man, when this was initially announced over a year ago, I was completely sold. I already had the first gen Fire TV, and was looking for something that did 4K as I was just about to upgrade my home theater setup. The Fire Cube came out at the perfect time! I went ahead and purchased it and had it set up in a short while, after it did all of the necessary software updates, and I remembered all of the passwords to my streaming services, of course.
I've had it for a little over a year now and it gets used almost every day. It still functions perfectly well, and even though the storage (16GB) is almost full of apps and games for my kids, it still runs very smoothly.
More recently, I realized I was missing out on some of the 4K benefits available on other streaming devices, like smart TVs: Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The second generation of the Fire Cube has these with a slightly snappier processor. I am definitely looking to upgrade this device to take advantage of the Dolby Vision.

I have had the ultimate cut blu ray set from November 2009 (the big box with the ultimate cut and the motion comic) for a little over 10 years, but since hearing about the HBO series, and after I upgraded my home theater to a much larger television (75") and a 4K model to boot, I was all in on this release.
The night I picked it up, I popped it in and was blown away by the PQ. Although the AQ is the same as the ultimate cut blu (Dolby TrueHD 5.1), it still sounded amazing. I do not have an Atmos setup so I am really not missing out.
While it might be a tad darker than the blu, the colors were a lot richer and popped with the added HDR10. I went ahead and threw this disc in with the ultimate edition set, and now it is an even more comprehensive set!
Fans of DC, fans of graphic novels come to life, fans of some great actors (Patrick Wilson, Carla Gugino, Billy Crudup, Jeffrey Dean Morgan to name a few), definitely pick up this disc!
It also comes with the blu of the shorter Director's Cut, which DID NOT come with the ultimate edition in '09.

I own 3 of these sized shelves, and one smaller one. I am about to buy a few more for my movie room as they hold the most without costing hundreds of dollars! The material is not bad; you get what you pay for, however, they're sturdy enough to house movies. They're not moving all around the house or up and down flights of steps. They're stationary and they do a great job, and look awesome all lined up as well!

I bought this game at the early release launch the night before it actually came out. I got it home and it sat next to my PS4 until Christmas break, when I had more time to really dig in.
Man, I wish I had popped it in sooner! This game is everything a Star Wars fan can ask!! Not only is it beautiful to look at and extremely fluid as it moves from locale to locale, but it sounds amazing as well. I'm a big fan of the Battlefront games, but this is spread out over new worlds and lets us explore all new terrain.
While it is not a terribly hard game, I found myself enjoying going back to the planets time after time to unlock more goodies and explore new areas to expand the replay factor.
This comes highly recommended!!

Rambo: Last Blood was amazing, end of story. I initially purchased this after hearing all of the negative reviews from the theatrical run, and while I did not get a chance to go and see it, I eagerly anticipated Best Buy's eventual exclusive Steelbook.
This is a thing of beauty: matte black with the image of John Rambo and his hunting knife. Open the steel up all the way and you see the entire image of him with his arm poised and ready for attack. On the inside, you get a full panel image of Rambo with a bow and arrow, ready to strike. It's a glorious pair of images,
The movie, once I watched it, started a little slow building up the story, but the end result is well worth it. Glad to own this and have it on the shelf next to the other Rambo films on 4K.

The very first time I saw this I was floored! Not only is Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston on point, but Phillip Seymour Hoffman absolutely steals the show!! Every scene he is in is laugh-out-loud funny. His entrance into the movie kills me every time!
I couldn't wait to upgrade my DVD for this film. The blu ray, however, does not have the best PQ for a movie on blu ray, but then again, Universal Studios has a pretty rough track record with catalog upgrades. Oh well, at least it looks better then the DVD.
Definitely worth a purchase or a blind buy if you've never seen it!!

So I purchsed this Bella coffeemaker back in December to give to my parents for Christmas. Big day comes and goes and it is finally set up mid January. Great. It looks nice, very modern, perculates like a gem. Come mid February we notice that sometimes the autostart in the morning doesnt work, I'm guessing I forgot to set it right so I make sure to make a point to check. Anyway first part of March my sister is visiting and is trying to make a pot of coffee later in the day and it just doesnt turn on. We unplug it, reprogram and nothing. So I call Bestbuy, I'm figuring so I did not buy the replacement warranty but man it was not even 3 months and the machine just stopped working, surely they would have some customer care....but nope, no offers. So I called the manufacturer and they told me that they cant replace it, they can only do a partial refund. But I had to cut the cord and send it through the post to Canada. I mean I got the thing on sale and it would have cost maybe $15 less than what I had purchased it to ship the cord so I guess I will just cut my losses. So to sum up this looks like a beautiful 14 cup maker but don't expect it to last very long.

protection plans for the win

I've had my pot for almost a year or so. You can't expect Best Buy, who doesn't even make the coffee pot, to take it back after 3 months of use. I bet you scoffed when the sales person offered you two years of protection for an extra cost. I spent the extra few bucks in case, over 2 years, something goes wrong. I can't comment on Bella's customer service, but it is certainly not Best Buy's problem.

I was extremely happy with my new 14-cup Bella Pro - for two weeks. Then I woke up and found it did not start at 6:30 AM as I had programmed it. I figured it was just a fluke. Two days later it happened again and then the day after I found the clock somehow went from AM to PM and as a result the brewer made a pot of coffee at 6:30 PM instead of 6:30 AM.
At this point I had owned the Bella Pro for 20 days. When I went to request an exchange, I was informed I couldn't because it had been more than 15 days. They'd be happy to set me up with an appointment with their Geek Squad to get an estimate for repair or I could call the manufacturer.
Well, I certainly didn't want to pay to have it repaired, I had only owned it for three weeks. I tried calling the manufacturer and every time I called I got a recording. I couldn't get to speak to a customer service rep or tech to get help.
Needless to say, I am quite unhappy. I have purchased multiple computers, computer accessories, a high grade office chair, and a Microwave Oven from Best Buy in the past. I will NEVER buy anything from them again! NEVER!

You buy, you understand. It's written on the receipt I bet. Yup, it is. I buy everything from there and have never faulted the STORE for something another company or manufacturer makes. I am sorry you don't like to be told "no", but get over it.
