The only con is the price.
However you do get what you pay for. These are excellent. The sound quality is truly amazing. When you put them in your ear, if you have the setting set to noise cancel, they will automatically block out any outside sound. I really enjoy going to the gym and being in my own world and not hear any of the machines or people. I also recently used them when I pressured cleaned our driveway, and all I could hear was crisp music with deep bass. They are also small, and they stay put in my ears.
