This is a great product and works! We sadly have now replaced 3 on our iPad Pro because of the kids. But it has protected the iPad. Customer service is great for the warranty with them. You just have to register on Zagg and pay for shipping a new one to you. This is the reason we bought this for the iPad Air.

Great Keyboard for the price

I really like the keyboard. The raised keys are nice and the action is good. You can use the light button to turn on the lights under the keys so you can see at night which is helpful. I also like that I can easily make it into a stand or fold it to use as a tablet. We had an issue with the first one where a key was sticking. Could have been kids dropping something in it, not sure. We had insurance so I turned it in for another one. This time I didn’t get the insurance because it was kind of expensive. A key did stick again on the shift key. I called Logitech customer service and they just asked for the receipt from Best Buy. They sent me another keyboard no questions asked and told me to just keep or throw away the old one. Great customer service if you didn’t get the insurance with Best Buy.
