This is the entry product for MagSafe. Once I tried this product , I completely got on the Magsafe train with a Magsafe compatible Otterbox Defender XT Case for IPhone 12 and an Apple Magsafe Battery to attach to the phone.
The charging is faster and the Apple Magsafe charger will charge to 100 percent while the Apple Magsafe Battery will charge the phone to 80-90 percent while attached.
At my store I was told that my best charging is direct wired into the phone but once you go Magsafe, you don’t want to go back exclusively to the lightning charger. I appreciate the charging indicators on the phone and the large indicator animation which makes Magsafe so inviting !

New to the ARC 5, after owning the Braun Series 9

Both the Braun Series 9 and the Panasonic Arc 5 with their cleaning stations are great but I am really enjoying the Panasonic. The cleaning solution for the Arc 5 is less expensive but I will need to replace the foil /blades annually/or 18 months. Arc 5 may offer a closer shave and is less expensive in the short run. The Braun cleaning station liquid is pricier but is a special solution and the Panasonic is mixed with water. For the best value possible and performance in a high end shaver, go with the Arc 5 ("The Lexus"). For the "Cadillac" go with the Braun Series 9 which has great performance! All in all, they are both great.

The E-ARC connection is absolutely essential for a jaw dropping Dolby and DTS-X experience. I have also experienced SACD and DVD Audio. I also strongly recommend an accessory like Apple TV or Amazon Firestick 4k Max as some TVs like Sony are not currently supporting the Dolby Atmos sound stream with DisneyPlus through the app downloaded to the TV. Although Smart TVs have the various apps, the best support of these apps may come from a dedicated Apple TV 4K device or Amazon Firestick 4k/4k Max add on device. Even if the app on the TV is supporting Dolby Atmos, the Firestick and Apple TV will better support the audio and video.
