I was apprehensive after reading old reviews about the updates in high-efficiency washers. Now that I have used this machine, those concerns have gone away. It does a great job cleaning the items, and while I have not yet washed large items like a comforter, I do love the oversized tub. The controls are easy to use. I did struggle to figure out how to do a rinse only, but maybe if I had read the instruction manual I would not have had any trouble figuring that out.

No one said laundry day was easy - but LG dryer innovations might just change your mind. It starts with the flexible LG EasyLoad door that opens two ways for easy loading and unloading. This is very new and so far it has been doing a very good job drying the items. A few times towels or blankets needed extra time even when I had the sensor set for Very Dry. I was disappointed to realize this model does not come with a light in the dryer. There was a huge difference in price to the next model so even if I had not realized this, I am not sure I would have spent the extra money just for that feature. I am noticing that the lint screen does not get completely clean. Lint sticks to the outer frame and is very hard to remove.
