This replaced a old HP printer. Took some time to figure out how to load the paper correctly. Very little information comes with it. Ink cartridges load easier than the old one. The old printer kept going offline and this was has once. Did a driver update the other day and I hope that takes care of that issue. Just a basic printer that does it's job well.
