I have been a long time user of zagg products since they started manufacturing screen protectors for apple products. In the last few years there seems to be a quality control issue with their screen protectors. I’ve had this screen protector warranty replaced three times already. None of my warranty replacements have been for cracking, they have all been a result of adhesion issues.

Good case questionable long term durability

I normally get the Apple branded case for my device because they are minimal and do not add a lot of bulk to the device. The leather on this years offering seems to be much softer than the leather used on previous iterations of the apple leather case. The case has shown a decent amount of wear from just being place in and out of my pocket.

Quality screen protector, but I have noticed more issues with the screen protector staying adhered to the phone than in previous generations of Zagg glass. I've had 3 warranty replacements since getting my iPhone 12 Pro Max on the release date.

Good when it worked

The gps worked well for about 7 months, then while navigating the screen went black. The unit will no longer power on, deserving of a zero star rating due unit failure. The display is big which’s allows direction to be observed without taking eyes off the road. The voice recognition software for the hey Garmin feature needs work but I would have rated this device highly for anyone who doesn’t have built gps.

I got this case for drop protection and the ability to attach to a key chain etc. unfortunately though the case appeared to fully closed it wasn’t.As a result of this flaw my AirPods and charging case constantly discharged the batteries, often rendering my AirPods useless

The price point is high on these headphones but the often go on sale. These are the best headphone with Siri support that you don’t have worry about falling out during a workout. In my experience these cannot be worn for as traditional AirPods or Airpod Pro: the over ear loop causes them to press into my ear causing pain after a few hours of wear. Great workout headphone but not for extend use
