So thankful this service is offered! The guys were very professional and efficient and when i realized that the hoses were hooked up backwards (cold tube to the hot water vice versa) which was easy to do because my water knobs are both blue but i called the guys who delivered my washer and they were back out there to fix it within 15 min!

I thought it started coverage after the warranty ends but im not sure because the protection plan says good thru 3/2025 and if the warranty is 1 yr then the protection is actually only 2 yrs. However the geek squad description says it starts after the warranty ends so i have no idea.
