Like seriously this is one of the best surge protectors I ever had! I was staying at the place one time and had my desktop there and this surge told me how bad their outlet was and I was prepared. It's nice to know if the electrical wiring is good or bad for your desktop use. This really does protect your computer. I heavily highly recommend it. APC is the best brand for your protection. Don't ever buy Insignia. They don't usually last long at all. I highly recommend get Accell or another brand as long it's VESA certified. The cords on those babies aren't big and strong as the others. I hope they stop using Insignia and consider other brands. I am NOT a fan of Insignia. They break overtime.

Great monitor for PC gaming but..

I had this monitor for some time and it works great, however, I have a huge issue right now and I cannot refund it due to the time frame. It seems to revert back to 60hz itself for no reason. So what I would do is turn off the monitor power button and then on. It comes back to 144hz. Obviously, there is a glitch with this monitor. The LED on the bottom flickers upon boot. I need to figure out to eliminate that because it is annoying. I usually have it off. Perhaps I can disable that but I cannot repair the refresh rate glitch. It's a good monitor for PC gaming but I kinda wish I got a different brand instead of HP versions. I am using Display Port and it's vesa certified. And no it isn't the Display Port doing this at all. The monitor really does this. However I think and hope I still have warranty to replace this with the HP company. If not then I'll have to consider a brand new monitor for the year.

They do it very excellent. They do take their time applying it. I do NOT like bubbles or people being lazy applying like it's nothing and there are creases on the edges. I expect perfection. I had one guy there I think his name was Scott I cannot remember but he applied it so good that I notice zero smudges or bubbles. I hope the rest of the team can apply it very well too. I still think applying your phone screen for 8 bucks is absurd. It should be lower priced.

The computer so far runs good for me. Good keyboard, mouse and side panel. However, I am a little bit disappointed about the wifi connection. The wifi adapter runs fine in windows but doesn’t run in ubuntu so I need to use the cable connection.
The most important part for me is the zotac rtx 2080 ti. i have bought a hp omen obelisk with rtx 2080. When I compare them for tensorflow neural machine translation, the rtx 2080 ti is about 20% faster than the one of hp omen. Plus, it can run the original tutorial of data in tensorflow, which required 1024 units per layer, batch size 128 and 4 layers for each encoder and decoder model. The hp omen can only run at 512 units per layer, it.throws resourceexhausted error in 1024 units. In total, the hp omen requires 66 hours to complete training of 4.5 millions like while the ibuypower takes 50 hours.
If you are a computer scientist who likes deep learning but you are not able to buy a workstation with over 5000$, this ibuypower may be the good computer for you

The moot point is did you little know that you could have built an i7 9700k for way less than 1,000 dollars? You got ripped off. You can easily build a system for just 700 dollars to 800 dollars max including the case. It would be way less what you spend. The rest are way affordable from 100 bucks and less depending what components you need besides an expensive graphics card lol. Next time do a Price Match or custom build it which is way easier. Bazinga!
