We love Apple TV in our house. But we ended up returning this one for a Roku unit as we did not need all the bells and whistles these provide. Quality and ease of use are top notch. The only complaint is the remotes are small if you have big hands. And the touch pad is sensitive. We purchased a silicone holder off Amazon to make it easier to hold and use. Otherwise it's a great product!

We went through several dryers before settling on this one. The capacity is great and the overall quality seems really good. The only thing we were surprised by was the steam function requires manually putting water into the machine. Our previous unit got water directly from the house supply. Not a big deal, just different. Otherwise, it dries well! We really like the lint trap as it's easy to clean and tucks away nicely so clothes don't snag on it.

We went through several washers before settling on this one. The capacity is great and the overall quality seems really good. The one complaint is that we can't seem to get large loads to be "balanced" as the washer / dryer stack will vibrate in the high speed cycles. Otherwise, the wash comes out clean and most of the water is removed so the drying goes pretty quickly with the matching unit.

Best Buy install is very nice it's advisable to know what they are doing for you. Some techs do a fantastic job while others struggle to get it right. If you know what is expected you can make sure everything is good before they leave. Otherwise you need to call and schedule another appointment which is inconvenient.
