I purchased this exact case in April and the window is peeling, which has also never happened before to one of these that I had previously. Does this protect the screen?
No. You have to have an external screen protector for that. The case goes over all but the screen and is amazing. Very protective.
The Fre case by Lifeproof does go over the screen, however, the touch capability does not do well with it. The Next case, because you put your own screen protector on it, works well with the touch features.
