The western digital easy store is easy to use and you only have to plug it into the computer, the plug and play starts and then you just use it. You can bring it with you because it's so small, but not so small that you have lose it easily. This is a great product if you need lots of memory or even if you just want to save and not use up the computer memory.

I was very impressed by my installers work ethic and professionalism, unfortunately my home is older and the old dishwasher had been tiled in with very thick tile and wonder board with concrete so it made it very difficult to put in but Carlos from geek squad managed to put it in with no damage which was a magic trick in its self, he worked tirelessly and did a great job. He brought me back to the days when customer service ment something, that's why I always go back to Best Buy I get great service and I'm always treated like I'm the most important person in the world. I wanted to say that Carlos from Geek squad performed above and beyond the call of duty on my install, Best Buy has a great team member in him.

I noticed the TV claimed to be 240hz motion rate or something. This doesn't mean refresh rate does it? What does this number actually mean?
The actual rate is 120 but it has a secondary processor that smooths out faster motion on the screen so it doesn't blur and it keeps the picture smoother with big long pans left to right and right to left top bottom etc... so let's say you are watching a movie or TV show the is on the water and it's just showing lots of ripples on the water the smooth motion rate helps keep the picture smooth or if your watching a nature show and they do a big panoramic pan across the planes and it has all of those details it's a lot to process so the smooth motion processor keeps it clear and smooth instead of the screen fighting to keep up with all of that detail.

How do I know if anything ain’t broken on it since it’s a refurbished one and why is it a refurbished one
The refurbished controllers have been certified by the Geek Squad as in they have been tested buy if there's ever a problem they are returnable for a decent amount of time just get it home and play a check it out for your self and if there's a problem return it within the aloud time, it will say how long one the receipt and when your ordering online it also says how long you have. I've never had a problem with Geek Squad certified refurbished products.

I'm sure that they will eventually stop making Play Station 4 controllers just like they did for Play Station 3 but it took a while before they stopped. When a new system comes out it takes a long time to get enough people that have them before they can start moving away from the last system. When the sales for Play Station 4 start slowing down because of PS5 then they will quit making them.
It's a good idea to get some extras before they stop selling them but I'm guessing that you will have at least a year after Play Station 5 comes out before that even becomes a problem and probably much longer because a lot of us wait until the prices come down.

just curious what if I need to use the insurance on the new phone I bought ( Z flip ) how much if any is the deductible on it
I always get the Best Buy insurance for any new piece technology that I buy especially Phones because they are really easy to break and if that happens there's no deductable to fix or replace it. Also if you have the phone or anything for a long time and you have problems you can use the warranty to trade in and upgrade if the problem warrants replacement, just pay the difference in price. You might not use the warranty but with how fragile phone's are it's a good idea.

I need to order a replacement cable for Easystore 12TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive, which I use with my Lenovo laptop. What kind of cable is it? I understand that it is USB 3.0 on the computer side, but cannot find what goes into the drive. Please help.
All you need to do is type in western digital external harddrive replacement cable, I don't think that bestbuy carries it but I found many on Amazon, any cable that fits will work but it may not have the speed of a 3.0 cable, if you have a 3.0 hookup on your computer replacement cords are cheap when i went to Amazon they started at about $ 10.00 for a replacement 3.0 cable, I might not have worded my search correctly on Bestbuy's site so you can check their but they are easy to find and in expensive.

Does the installation include the install kit? I purchased the installation, but will the technician allow me to purchase the install kit if needed at the time of the installation or is it something I need to have before they arrive? Thanks!
I purchased the installation kit with the washer, it's always a good idea to put new hardware with you installations because the old stuff could leak and if you have copper hookups like I had they aren't used anymore. The installation kits are very inexpensive so it's a good idea, but in a direct answer to your question the installer has the kits on their vehicle and yes you can add it on then. Sorry for the wordy reply.
