Worst service EVER!

If I could give a -5 star review I would. I have spent over 2 hours on various calls with geek squad trying to get a delivery date scheduled. Each time I am told they need to escalate and I will get a call back within 24 to 48 hours. I have yet to receive a call for any of the escalations. I have spent thousands of dollars at BB over the years. If things do turn around quickly I will never spend another penny there!

Great sound! I was a little concerned because there wasn't a sub woofer. There is great sound without it. The cables are short, that would be the only negative. I called Bose to get a 6 foot extension cable for the left speaker and they shipped it out at no cost. I picked up 6 foot jack extension from Best Best and that solved my cable problem. Overall great quality speakers for the price.

Are these speakers wireless? I need wireless speakers for a back porch.
No, they are not wireless, they are wired. The cables are only 6' long, you will need an extension cable if you need them farther apart. Bose will send you an extension for the left speaker at no cost, and Best Buy sells the extension that goes from your device to the speakers for around $14.
